We want you to love your Atelier Mythique piece. We understand that buying online can be a leap of faith, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase.
7-DAY RETURN POLICY:
We offer a 7-day return policy from the time you receive your item. To be eligible for a return and full refund, the item must be:
- Undamaged and shows no signs of wear: This means the jewelry must be in its original, pristine condition, just as you received it.
- Returned in its original packaging: Please include all original boxes, pouches, and any certificates (if applicable).
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact us: Please email us at hello@ateliermythique.com or call us at +1 646 255 2943 within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
- Return authorization: Our team will provide you with instructions and a return authorization number. Please don't send anything back without contacting us first; your item and refund will be disregarded.
- Return label: After you contact us, we will issue a return label that you can use to return your item.
Refund Process:
Upon receiving your returned item, our team will carefully inspect each piece to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria (undamaged and unworn). Once approved, we will issue your refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement, as processing times can vary depending on your financial institution.
Please Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For EU Clients: Because all pieces are crafted to order, our jewelry is tailored specifically to each client. Under EU consumer protection laws (Directive 2023/2673), goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal. Our store’s 7 Day Return policy still applies.
IF YOUR JEWELRY ARRIVES DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE:
We carefully package each piece, but we know things can happen during shipping. If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please let us know right away!
- Contact us: Please email us at hello@ateliermythique.com or call us at +1 646 255 2943 within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging.
- We'll take a look: Our team will review your claim and assess the damage.
- We'll make it right: If your claim is approved, we'll lovingly repair your piece and send it back to you, free of charge. If a repair is not possible, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
IF YOU NEED SIZE ADJUSTMENTS:
We understand that getting the right size online can sometimes be tricky. Once you place an order, we will work with you to get the right size, but, if your jewelry still doesn't fit right, please reach out to our customer service team at hello@ateliermythique.com or call us at +1 646 255 2943 within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll work closely with you to assess and find a solution, whether it's an adjustment or alteration. We want you to adore your jewelry, and we'll do our best to make it just right. Please note that fees may apply for shipping and for more complex adjustments.
A FEW GENTLE REMINDERS:
- We aren't responsible for damage caused by everyday wear, improper care, or accidents after delivery.
- We can't accept returns on items altered by someone else.
- Clear images of any damage are always required for claims.
CHANGING YOUR MIND? (Order Cancellation)
Because we start creating your piece shortly after you order, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order.
